Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Co Springs-Air Force Academy By IHG

Friendly staff who were more than willing to answer questions and help me when needed(husband in a wheelchair).

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

The wifi was unreliable.

The location was great.

We had to ask for towels and we ran out of toilet paper. The cleaning staff didn't restock them or the coffee.

The location!

The shower in our room filled with water, the fridge leaked, the hot tub didn?t work, there was no access to water/most places have a filtered water station, and spiders and ants in our room daily.

That it ended

Service food location, requested room clean..didn't happen!...partying above my head, manager never called like promised,no restraunts around..parking horrible,to close to other cars and a long walk up hill with luggage,,got no sleep due to noise

I loved that it had a sofa and sofabed pull-out. It helps so much with our teen/pre-teen boys so they have their own space for sleeping! Really nice pool and hot-tub and great views of Pike's Peak from the outside patio by the breakfast area. Location!

It was a smaller hotel perfect for a family with little ones so as not to have to transport personal effects a long distance. Pool also the right size for the little guppies. Breakfast was very nice with lots of good options.

It was in a great location. The staff was nice and the free breakfast was pretty tasty with what I thought was a good selection of items.

The noise of other guests coming and going from their rooms, but that's not the hotels fault.

The bathroom door would not close. Every time you would enter the room the bathroom door would be open so the door to the room would slam into it. Shower looked like it had not been cleaned in forever. They only left one towel to dry off after a shower.

Hotel was clean and room was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

I loved the Dove products in the bathroom. The staff when I checked I'm was knowledgeable about the area.

The breakfast was okay. The parking lot was darker than I would have liked.

There was a beautiful Mountain View with good space.

We were locked out of our room on Easter Sunday for 5 hours and no management was responding to the front desk¿s paging. We had no food, keys, money. After 4.5 hours someone came and it took him almost an hour to finally get in the room

The location, nothing else!

I was told they had a heated pool! The pool was not heated it was extremely cold and hot tub was like warm! The front desk was very rude and took out frustrations on the guests.

The breakfast. Some items empty and some cold (omelettes). Should have been refilled and fresh as it was not end of breakfast yet. USB and outlet not working on nightstand. Had to use the outlet underneath.

nice room and very clean

the breakfast took too long because a staff member did a no show. The manager helped us out and made it right, very much appreciated.

The location was good for my travels

The front desk staff were rude and lazy. The free breakfast was old food just reheated. The pool was gross and the bed sheets had stains on it and yhe receptionist did nothing about the issue

Hotel staff was nice, rooms were clean breakfast was good

Rooms and bathroom are somewhat small but worked for us

The queen suite was spacious and such a great size for 3 adults.

There was a family in the suite above us. They were on the 4th floor and we were on the 3rd floor. Their kids were running back and forth from one of the large suite to the other. The kids were either jumping off the beds on to the floor or just jumping.

Clean room. Nice breakfast area on the deck.

Only one double bed in the room, not 2 (my reservation said sleeps up to 4 people). Bed was worn out (i.e. lumpy). Mechanical blinds were broken (stuck down) and staff would not help/fix. Noisy both from room next door and room above. Stay elsewhere!

For the price it was really clean, and nice. Most rooms are advertised as being more luxurious than they are, this was just what it should be. Staff was great as well

Wish there was more raccoons. Not being sarcastic. I loved the raccoons.
